Harvest Christian Academy was originally founded in Houston, Texas in 1999. In July 2013, Pastor Nana and Betty Kyei-Amponsah relocated to Ghana to establish HCA under the ministry of Harvest Time Church — combining Christ-centred learning with a rigorous Cambridge pathway.
